Jägersrohälsan is a relatively new healthcare center that opened in the autumn of 2023 on behalf of Region Skåne. We are located in spacious premises in Jägersro where medical consultations have been conducted for many years. Already after one year of operation, we were ranked third best in Malmö in the National Patient Survey - now we aim to be among the top five in Skåne!

In September, we opened a Child Health Center (BVC) with the whole family in focus, and in January we will also open a Midwifery Clinic (BMM) where women's health and lifestyle are at the center. Now we are looking for a Counselor with CBT and iCBT training who wants to help us further develop our operations!

With us, collaboration and the competence of each profession are emphasized. The team consists of experienced nurses, general practitioners, physiotherapists, nursing assistants, psychologists, counselors, occupational therapists, and dietitians – all experts in their fields.

About the position

You will be an important part of our psychosocial team and a key person in the work to strengthen our patients' mental health. In your role as a counselor, you will work independently and meet patients of all ages with varying life situations, offering counseling support, advice, and treatment – often with a CBT focus.

The work is conducted closely with our doctors and psychologists, where you together create a holistic approach to the patient's needs. Here, there is an opportunity to influence work methods, develop group activities, and build structures that make a real difference.

The employment rate is flexible based on what suits you best, with a basic need of at least 20% up to 40%.

Start immediately or by agreement; we are working with ongoing selection in this recruitment.

You are responsible for:

• offering counseling support and treatment

• assessing, planning, and following up interventions based on the patient's needs

• contributing to the early detection of mental health issues and working preventively together with other professionals

• developing and strengthening psychosocial work at the clinic, both individually and in group activities

Your qualifications:

You need to be secure in your role and see the importance of a professional team that complements each other towards a common goal.

You must share our values regarding patient safety, accessibility, integrity, infection control, and emergency preparedness.

• Requirement for a degree in social work

• Meritorious with Swedish authorization as a healthcare counselor

• Requirement for CBT level 1, meritorious with iCBT training

• Meritorious with experience in the PMO journal system
